Snow day!

Snow day in Austin, Texas!  Everything, even the city, closed.

A good day to reconsider being healthy and doing things to prevent breast cancer:

  • Exercise (I did go to the gym today [drove slowly])
  • Be lean (don't overeat today)
  • Be active (sitting around is the worst thing you can [or can't] do)

Plan to find out how healthy you are by measuring your carotenoid antioxidant level.  We have the Pharmanex BioPhotonic scanner and in 1.5 minutes can tell you your skin carotenoid score (SCS) by placing your hand in front of a low level blue light.  You can then be empowered to make improvements in your antioxidant levels.  All three of the above suggestions improve antioxidant health, but what you eat and which supplements matter, too.  Eating a balanced diet with 5-10 servings of colorful fruits and vegetables as well as well formulated nutritional supplements will help.  In fact LifePak™nano and g3 juice are formulated to provide your body with a comprehensive array of vitamins and minerals to fill the gaps your diet may have.  And, best yet, the results can be measured with the scanner.  In fact, if you use the LifePak monthly Automatic Delivery Rewards program and your scan does not improve Pharmanex will refund your money!

Get your scan Monday 512-451-5788 (in Austin no snow then) or check out www.drwinsett.nsproducts.com for more information and a scanner location near you.

Together we can prevent 86,000 breast cancer cases this year.  Let's start with you!
